Having had two spinal surgeries as a teenager, I was nervous about seeing chiropractors for any back pain I was having. But Dr. Serrano took a look at my X-Rays and created a plan to not manipulate any parts of my spine affected by the surgeries, and only work on the neck and waist/hips. He’s very informative, clearly explains things, and he takes time to address any concerns. Dr. Serrano has helped me to regain better mobility in my shoulder and improve my posture, and the usual “aches & pains” which I thought were a normal are gone. After a few months with Family Chiropractic and Posture Center, I wake up without stiffness and pain in my back, and I’m moving pain free. Highly recommend!
